The time is right for investing in Penticton!
 
 
    As we prepare to launch Phase 2 of Skaha Beach Club & Spa, prices in the South Okanagan are reflecting greater awareness of the exceptional value in dollar terms and lifestyle.  In 2005, the average residential sale price increased by 34% over the previous year.  Total sales volume increased by 60% from $43.6 million in January 2006, compared to $27.2 million a year ago.  According to BC Statistics, population growth in BC's Interior was second highest in the province over the past five years, and it's easy to see why.

This limited offering of Studios in Phase 2 at pre-construction prices will only be available on our VIP Reservation Process.
