The Skaha Beach Club & Spa Team

Phase 1, November 26th Sales Launch! Over 70%
of the 88 luxury residences were purchased on
Saturday, totaling just over $35 million dollars in
sales.
The majority of the purchasers were
residents of the Okanagan Valley interested in
