lWe’ll advertise and promote your home according to your individual Marketing Plan.
lWe’ll arrange an inspection tour and evaluation of your home with our salespeople and those of other brokers.
lWe’ll qualify potential buyers and provide them with assistance in obtaining mortgage financing.
lWe’ll use our best efforts to secure that all paperwork and documents get to lawyers, mortgage lenders, etc. on time.
lWe’ll report to you regularly on our sales efforts, comments made by visitors and any recent market activities  that may affect the sale of your property.
If for any reason you feel we have not lived up to our committment of service, you have the right to cancel your Listing Agreement by giving us 10 days written notice.  However, during those 10 days, we reserve the right tomeet our written committments and maintain our “Service Guarantee” and the Listing Agreement.
