David Lee has been involved in the Real Estate and Mortgage
business for 27 years. He is an Accredited Mortgage Professional and a
member of both the Mortgage Broker's Association of British Columbia and the
Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders.He has a Bachelor of
Commerce from UBC and is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC. He
currently holds licenses as an associated Real Estate Broker and
Sub-Mortgage Broker. David has financed all types of single family homes,
strata title properties, co-ops and commercial properties. He has knowledge
of all types of mortgage products and Lenders, including sub-prime,
alternative, self-employed, and credit repair products. |
