The Principals of Georgia Pacific Realty have been practicing real estate in British Columbia since 1986, having practiced residential real estate initially with later progression to commercial real estate.  Throughout the 1990's the Principal has managed both residential & commercial real estate operations, including operating a division with a team of business brokers specializing in business mergers, acquisitions & divestitures.  The Principal was an original co-founder of a local real estate company developed under his tenure through a combination strategy of local  mergers & acquisition and innovative marketing, taking the company from humble beginnings onto a path of fast track growth.
